City of Buffalo Mayor Byron W. Brown and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership invite design, development and real estate industry professionals to attend an informational session on the City’s recently passed Green Code Unified Development Ordinance on February 22 at 8:30 am.

The meeting will feature an overview of the City’s new development approvals process and the opportunity for practitioners to have their questions answered. Agenda: Overview of the Green Code & Unified Development Ordinance Detailed project examples moving through the new process Questions & Answers The meeting will be led by staff from the Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning, implementation consultant, Fisher Associates and the Buffalo Niagara Partnership.
