This AIA presentation/tour will introduce a new infill completed by HES Properties I, LLC located at  363 Grant Street, site of the former Ellen Terry Theater.

Architect John Wingfelder, AIA and general contractor BRD Inc. were commissioned for this 12,600 sq ft building with 11 residential units and 2,500 SF of ground level retail space.  

363 Grant Street is the first new building in Buffalo to completely conform to the recently adopted Buffalo Green Code while incorporating geothermal heating & cooling systems.  It also demonstrates how to leverage resources such as the Better Buffalo Fund and Transit Oriented Development.
