This AIA presentation/tour will introduce a new infill completed by Ellicott Development, LLC located at 905 Elmwood Ave. The four-story mixed-use building replaced the Elmwood-Delavan Food Mart (and gas station).  Kideney Architects and general contractor Concept Construction were commissioned for this 52,000 sq ft building with 21 residential units and 6,200 SF of ground level retail & restaurant space. The restaurant includes a 1,050 sf second floor bar and seating area with a balcony overlooking Elmwood Avenue.
