The Guided Manufacturing Plant Tour of Kemper System America’s West Seneca, NY Facility will include:

• a review of plant safety criteria (5 mins);

• QC & R&D labs introduction into various equipment used for ASTM and product testing;

• Warehouse tour including discussion of building design for containing potential spills to protect surrounding wildlife area;

• Distribution center discussions including QC process for incoming raw materials and outgoing products;

• Manufacturing overview showing machinery and processes for creating various liquid resins, primer, topcoats, & coatings.

• A power point presentation about the history of fully reinforced, cold-fluid applied, liquid resin waterproofing membranes that will also include an overview of composite of resin and reinforcement, system components, application process, performance benefits, and range of applications.

• Project examples including detailing and various assemblies;

• A demo (hands on if you like) of the Kemper System fully reinforced liquid applied roofing and waterproofing system.

Lunch will be provided.
