Yet, we crave it as an essential source of growth & development throughout our lives. In this session we will explore how to get and give the feedback we all need to flourish.
Learning Objective 1: Why is a feedback rich environment important? Learn why & how feedback supports better outcomes at an individual, project, and organizational level.
Learning Objective 2: Define feedback & explore the feedback hiding in plain sight. Examine how you define feedback and discover how to use daily life and work experiences as constantly renewing source of feedback for yourself and others.
Learning Objective 3: Healthy ground rules for giving & receiving feedback. Discuss the Do’s & Don’ts of giving and receiving feedback. Good habits here reinforce a feedback rich environment.
Learning Objective 4: Specific techniques to generate more feedback. Explore simple and effective practices that will increase the feedback you give & receive.
