Description: Compartmentalizing our work selves & personal selves is a common adaptive strategy to meet the different demands of our professional and private lives.  But over time this approach can become less strategic and more habitual.  Common symptoms of this are a loss of authentic enthusiasm, more impatience, less creativity.  Reconnecting to the core values that serve as stabilizing threads in your life can help you remember the big picture links, recover energy & curiosity, and make better decisions.
